Karan leads investment management at Ametra. A CFA charterholder and MDI alumnus with over 17 years of experience, he has built and managed investment strategies tracking over USD 5 billion, bringing deep expertise in factor investing, risk management and quantitative research.

VP – Operations & Compliance
Darshana oversees operations and compliance at Ametra. A CS and LLB with 13+ years of experience, she combines expertise in regulatory compliance with strong operational execution, helping build a robust institutional foundation for the firm.
